It's Sunday night and again I have managed to piss away another weekend. Despite not having Friday class I still don't start my homework until 8pm on Sunday night. This week is going to be the uber suck because I have a midterm on Wednesday and am leaving for spring break on Friday Morning. I have alot of work to get done. So I decided to take a stand, turn off Tommy Boy and go to north campus to do homework. I told my roommate Peter I was going and he said he wanted to come. OK I love a study buddy. So we head up to the Dude.
As were heading to the third floor we see Mike Policastro and John Geitzen going up on the escalator. What are the odds that we see two of our friends going to the same place on north campus to study. The four of us headed to the back where they have the leet Sony Trinitron monitors. Then 10 minutes later Mark Ausbon shows up out of nowhere. What was going on. But then came Rachel Morgan and Andy Jongeward and I almost lost it. Of the 12 people in the Dude I knew 7 of them. I wasn't even surprised when I saw Barrett Hall walk in. It was like a impromptu friend fest and it was going on in the back of the third floor of the Dude. I checked facebook half expecting to see some sort of North Campus Study Party on my events. Nothing. So my plan to be productive ended with me blogging about seeing some of my friends in the library. I hate myself so much, but I love the dude.
ZOMG: James Paulson just showed up. I'm in the twilight zone.

Thats What She Said
My second favorite holiday behind the first Friday in May (No Pants Day) is "Thats What She Said" day. While I must have dropped at least 30 of em, here are the top five, in chronological order.
At PT, doing an upperbody workout.
Miller: Comon' Get Up!
Me: Thats what she said!
*High Fives Noone
At work, Picking up Jon Strand in my bus,
Me: Hey whats up?
John: I'm really tired.
Me: Thats what she said!
*High Fives Jon and others
At work, over the radio,
Driver 1: Comon past me.
Driver 1: Hey Charlie, I don't think you'll be able to fit in there.
Me: Thats what she said.
*No one to high five
In class, talking about linear programming,
GSI: ...which is why this is tight.
Me: Thats what she said!
*High fives Brian Rumao
At ROTC lab:
Cadet: How big is your unit?
Me: Thats what she said!
*High Fives Jones
Now I know what it must be like to be Todd from Scrubbs. Hammock Up!

Why so blue panda bear?
You might have noticed the lack of posts in the past few weeks, I my inbox has been flooded with people wondering why I have not been posting. No, I am not sick nor have I gone Amish. The problem is that I am lacking an important part of the internets, that is I am without my laptop.
On Christmas Eve my HP shutdown during a lively game of Freecell and wouldn't restart. So being the uber leet engineer that I am, I was able to get the importiant stuff off of my hard drive and then took it to best buy and let that service contract go to work. When I turned it in to them I told them I was pretty sure it was a motherboard problem, and they said they would have to send it out for repair and they should get it back in 7-10 days. 5 weeks later they called and said they had gotten it back in. I had to go home, pick it up and reinstall windows. Then, the computer started shutting down randomly. So I took it back to Best Buy and they said that they had to send it out for service, again. So its now been 6 weeks and any connection I have had with the Internet has been done through a university computer, or through the 450 Megahertz Gateway from 1997. The computers in CAEN labs are 3.2 Gigahertz, that's like 7 times the computing power. So needless to say I have not been using the Internets as much as I am used to. And anyone who knows me knows how much time I spend on a computer. No iTunes, no AIM, no solitaire, no Age of Empires III. Now I just play NCAA 07 all day and imagine what Vista will be like. Hopefully, I'll get my computer back soon and there will be an increase in posts. I miss facebook.
