Anyways, I found myself holding a passive aggressive note from my neighbor just this week. Admittedly, it wasn't overly passive-aggressive, and she probably has a good point. But I still needed to respond to let her know three things, and didn't really feel like being a total dick, like I've done in the past..
1) I'm aware of her complaint.
2) I do not intend to do anything about her complaint.
3) If she waits a bit the problem may just solve itself.
So here is her note, and my riposte.
